Beach House Renovation

This dated, view home had a rickety boat dock, a rodent problem and a failing deck. We gave this home a makeover to die for with a Zincalume metal roof, new flooring, all new electrical fixtures, and updated savvy bathrooms. Every square inch was brightened up with paint. The exterior was also brought to life with white paint, Ipe decking, cable railing, landscaping, a spa pool, and a steel and wood dock for boating.
