Mid Century Remodel

This 1954 rambler needed a cosmetic update, and a more open floor plan. We redesigned the floor plan opening the kitchen and dining area, boasting Seattle skyline and mountain views. The front addition allowed for a more open stair and a laundry room / pantry off the kitchen. The rain screen siding on the addition is Parklex. The ironwood deck has custom aluminum planter boxes that double as both a windscreen and a railing.
