West Armour Addition

This project began as a 1940s fixer on a shoestring budget. The main floor was gutted to reorganize the floor plan, creating a spacious kitchen and living area. We added the second floor, creating a simple modern structure in line with our budget goals. The siding is Hardie Panel and corrugated galvanized metal, and the roofing is Zincalume. VG fir cabinetry anchors the kitchen, and is topped with Absolute Black Granite.
