IMCO is a local general contractor specializing in heavy industrial and civil contracts. The program goal was to design and build a green office space that would contribute positively to the community and to the quality of life for its employees. From reclaimed Douglas fir timbers, to a rain catching system for irrigation, to a high-solar-reflectivity roof system, we designed and built this project under the strict guidelines of the LEED Green Building Rating System.
