West Armour Addition
Additonal West Armour Addition Photos
This project began as a 1940s fixer on a shoestring budget. The main floor was gutted in order to reorganize the floor plan, creating a spacious kitchen and living area. We added the second floor, creating a simple modern structure in line with our budget goals. The oak flooring was reclaimed from the original house, and some of the original landscaping elements were untouched to allow the homeowners to phase-out some of the project. The siding is Hardie Panel and corrugated galvanized metal, and the roofing is Zincalume. VG fir cabinetry anchors the kitchen, and is topped with Absolute Black Granite.
