Ballard Craftsman House Lift

A turn of the century home in Ballard with all the charm baked right in. The client yearned for more space and a functional kitchen. The basement space was dark and unfinished with low ceilings that made it unusable.  Axiom’s team did a major dig-out and lift of the house onto a new foundation to create a functional basement space that hosts a guest room, rec room and ¾ bath. The updated kitchen is complete with chef’s appliances and classic built-in cabinetry to bring a timeless update to an already charming home.
