Magnolia Modern Addition

An old standard Magnolia Cape Cod from the 40’s included a tiny kitchen, miniature bedrooms and an asbestos-ridden, garage-band basement. Axiom renovated the home to include a spacious kitchen and open living space, added a bonus guest suite that doubles as a home office, and built a classic, modern second-story addition with extra bedrooms and a master suite. The use of industrial materials like cement board paneling, corrugated aluminum siding and a metal roof, coupled with warmer woods and stone on the interior, reinvented Mary for good!
