Magnolia
A two-story DADU design for a sloped Magnolia lot, with covered parking tucked underneath and a steep-pitched gable roofline above. This project is currently in design, shown here as a concept rendering rather than a completed build.
From structural framing through finish carpentry and final punch list, the Axiom team managed every trade and every detail. The result is a DADU that fits naturally alongside the existing house and neighborhood character.
