A rooftop deck built into a passive house in Madison Park, sheltered beneath the home's solar canopy. Raised concrete planters, a covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, and porcelain pavers turn the roof into a working garden and a place to gather above the treeline.
The panoramic water views are the backdrop — every design decision was made to frame them, not compete with them.
