This custom home sits on a corner lot in Magnolia with panoramic views of Elliott Bay, downtown Seattle, and Mount Rainier. The architectural inspiration was drawn from the massive shipping barges and their stacked containers seen floating in Puget Sound — resulting in a home of extraordinary presence and deep livability.
Every space was crafted with intention: custom white oak treads and vertical slat millwork in the entry, geometric concrete tile floors, a Japanese Onsen-inspired primary bathroom in cedar and stone, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that frames the water views at every turn.
